How To Be Happy All The Time ?😩😩

Everybody wants to be happy forever but many think that it is not possible because of kind of people and situations we deal with in our daily life, however, there are also people who always try to be happy doesn't matter whatever the situation will be.

What I think is the main problem behind this is that we always connect our Happiness with something else that means For being happy also we are dependent.Just think once, we never got happy with ourself instead we always find happiness in something other, like any thing or any situation or any person.


Suppose a boy is in a relationship after the breakup he really gets sad because his happiness is attached to her partner, the same way if we get good marks in an exam we suddenly get happy and if get bad marks we become sad because our happiness is dependent on how much marks we will get.

So the thing I want to say is that one's happiness should be never dependent on any of the thing.He/She should be happy all the time leaving behind everything because nothing is bigger than one's happiness.And if someone really needs a reason to be happy, then the biggest reason to be happy is that "We are alive", our loving ones are with us.Next time if you find many shitty reasons and become sad just think of this one reason to be happy.Nothing is much more important than your precious smile.😊😊
